Put all spices and vinegar in a bowl together and mix well.
Heat oil and ghee in a large frypan or slow cooker, add Vinegar and spice mix and fry for 10 minutes.
Add Beef and stir regularly on while cooking for 20 minutes on medium to high heat.
Add some water and reduce heat while stirring. Continue to cook on low heat until meat is tender.
Serve on a bed of rice with Greek yoghurt and fresh coriander.
For extra hot, simply add more Kraken Flakes.
