Chile Banditos Pebre

Ingredients
5 Ripe Tomatoes
½ cup Olive Oil
½ cup Finely Chopped Shallots
3 Finely Chopped Chillies Of Your Choice (I like to use Habaneros)
1 cup Chopped Fresh Coriander
½ cup White Vinegar
34 Cloves Crushed Garlic
1 tsp Cumin
Juice of 3 Limes
Juice of 1 Lemon
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions

Finely chop Tomatoes, Coriander, Shallots and Chillies then add to a bowl.

Add Lime and Lemon juice with crushed Garlic and spices. Mix well.

Slowly add Vinegar and Olive Oil until mix becomes covered.

Add Kraken flakes, Salt and Pepper to taste.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
